Xtian Defense Agency

Pres. Bush has signed an executive order to set up a "faith-based" agency within the Department of Homeland Security. Of course, in any bureaucracy directives always relate to how they get put into practice. Such a general statement as found below says little to nothing about how the order gets done. For the life of me, I have no idea what could possibly be in the minds of the people who set up this office. Perhaps they're going to start "outreach" programs to peoples of other faiths? Or is this the equivalent of the "church militant"?...

According to Raw Story.com, quoting the executive order:

Sec. 2. Purpose of Center. The purpose of the Center shall be to coordinate agency efforts to eliminate regulatory, contracting, and other programmatic obstacles to the participation of faith-based and other community organizations in the provision of social and community services.
