The NYTimes held a story for a year about Bush watching US citizens? What else would a press do that grabs their knees every time Bush or Rove come yodeling at the front door?

This is just a form of government as voyeurs. Just think of it as a way for taxpayers to get their fair share of watching what the other guy is doing to make sure they're not getting something we aren't...

After, all, you can't be too sure that the other guys aren't out to take everything we've worked so hard to get. Didn't 911 prove that?

For a nation of spectators, those who love to watch--the land of spectator sports, spying on your neighbors, wtaching someone else do reality, etc. etc. We're not called TV Nation for no reason.

Porno is big business so think of it as our government becoming more efficient and adopting good business business practices.
